I contacted Michael to come have for inspection and fix of a ceiling leak, that involved re-sealing the roof flashings and re-pointing a large portion of my ridge caps.

He was very responsive on the phone, and very puncture. When he said he is 10min way, he was 10 min away and keep to agreed schedule.

He was very professional while friendly.

Communication was clear right from the first phone call — he explained steps of the process in detail, provided a transparent quote, and kept me updated throughout the job.

He went the extra mile by checking for potential issues and fixing minor problems at no additional cost — something that shows true integrity and customer care.

I strongly recommend Michael.

Brilliant work. Michael is knowledgeable and practical. He communicates well and makes sure you know exactly what you’re getting. His pricing is also excellent. The team at All-Side Roofing truly exceeded my expectations in every way. My new Colorbond steel roof, gutters, rain head and fascia are not only built to last but have been installed to perfection and look absolutely stunning.

I had my Roof restored & painted previously done by another company 2 years ago & after the recent storms we encountered a roof leak that caused ceiling damage.
After been given the run around by said company for over a week I called Michael from All side roofing to see if he could help he came out within half an hour & noticed that a batten had completely given out to support the tiles in place & needed to be replaced which is what caused the tiles to slip causing the leak.
Michael fixed it on the spot, the prices compared to other quotes was very reasonable & affordable.
He was polite, informative & professional I could not fault anything!
